FAQ
1) Does it work?
We get this question more than any other. And the answer is unequivocally, YES. Feel free to go to our ABOUT FREE BEER page or ABOUT CARB BLOCKERS page and learn everything you ever wanted to know about enzyme blocking.
2) How much do I take?
Another common question. Use this formula: 1 capsule blocks approximately 500 carbohydrate calories. That's 3 12 ounce beers (more or less). FREE BEER works for 2-3 hours. So, if you drink 3 beers per hour and you plan on drinking up to a six pack, take two capsules. If you plan on drinking past that point or if you drink more heavily in that time frame, take extra capsules. You can't take too much.
3) When do I take it?
This is a little relative. If you want to maximize your carb-blocking, then take your FREE BEER caps approximately 15 minutes to 1 hour before you begin drinking. BUT, if you take your FREE BEER as you belly up to the bar, while you may not block that first beer, you will be blocking the carbs from the beers that follow.
4) Can I take too much FREE BEER?
In a word, no. However, bear in mind that FREE BEER blocks carbs, not alcohol. Your beers will have all their full potency. Drink responsibly. Remember also that 2 capsules blocks approximately 1000 carbohydrate calories. That's a lot. Unless you are pounding pizza and suds, 2 capsules should be enough to see you through, but if you want to take more you can safely.
5) How will I know FREE BEER is working?
Ha. Trick question. Quite frankly, you probably won't. First, FREE BEER doesn't have any side effects so there is no reaction to gauge. You may, however, note that you don't feel quite as bloated or that you don't get that sticky coating on your tongue. You may also notice (over time) that the old belt line is not expanding any longer. Girls may see their 'pooch' shrinking. Remember, the clinical work on Phaseolamine was done as a weight loss supplement and it worked great.
6) Does FREE BEER work with things besides beer?
Of course. A carb is a carb is a carb. Pasta, pizza, donuts, fries, chili, etc. etc.
7) Are there side effects?
Phaseolamine is a bean extract. BEAN EXTRACT. So, yes, if you were to take a whole bottle at one time, there is a chance you might embarrass yourself in a crowd if you know what we mean. But, it is a highly refined extract. If taken according to the directions, there are absolutely no side-effects with FREE BEER. No burping. No gas. No upset tumtum.
8) What makes FREE BEER a better carb blocker?
FREE BEER's unique combination of Phase 2 phaseolamine 2250, chromium polynicotinate and gluccomannan make it the premier combination formula for blocking and absorbing carbs in the intestine and keeping blood sugar levels normalized. More about carb blockers here.
